Braves Reveal Ticket Refund Policy for April and May Home Games
By Jerry Trotta

The Atlanta Braves should be mentioned among other sports organizations that have set the gold standard of how to treat fans and give back amid the coronavirus crisis. The reigning NL East champs have established two separate food donation drives for residents in the community that are struggling to make ends meet, and are taking care of their ticket holders, too.
The Braves' ticket refund policy for games in the months of April and May has been revealed, and it further proves that the franchise just gets it. Atlanta reportedly sent an email to season-ticket holders with details about being reimbursed, nearly as soon as they were cleared to do so.
Clubs were previously waiting for MLB to give them the go-ahead before moving forward with any policies, and the Braves wasted no time following through.

Atlanta is giving ticket-holders a variety of options to choose from. Per wsbtv.com, the details include having credit applied toward their balance for 2020. Fans that have already paid will have that money available to use toward future tickets.
What's really awesome is the fact that season-ticket holders can also decide the specific sum of exercised credit or refund. In other words, they could receive credit for some games or full refunds on others. Any credit that isn't used by the conclusion of the 2020 regular season will be transferred to their 2021 membership.
For A-List members and group ticket-holders, there is an option to attain credit, as well as a 10% bonus towards any Braves home game in 2021 or 2022.

This is how it's done, folks. Giving ticket-holders as many alternatives as possible is a no-brainer, but the Braves went above and beyond here. We're not even surprised anymore.
