Sometimes when we're feeling down, it's best to reflect on your brightest moments for a much-needed lift.

That's no different for Philadelphia Eagles defensive star Brandon Graham, who says that whenever he's having a bad day, he watches his crucial fourth-quarter strip-sack of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady from Super Bowl LII.

The sack, which was his only one of the 2017 postseason, came just ahead of the two-minute warning and led to an Eagles field goal that put the game out of reach, helping the Eagles win the franchise's first Super Bowl.

Not a bad moment to reflect on in all honesty.

Graham hasn't had many down days over the past few years, though. An everyday starter at defensive end for Philadelphia, he's racked up 19 sacks, 47 quarterback hits and 38 tackles for loss over the last three years.

He and the Eagles are looking to improve upon their performance from last year. They made it to the NFC Divisional Round, but fell to the New Orleans Saints, failing to successfully defend their Super Bowl title.

However, as long as he keeps reminding himself of how amazing it felt when he ripped that ball out and the Eagles won it all, he'll have no problem finding the drive to make it back to the top of the NFL mountain.
