The return of the three-time Defensive Player of the Year could spark a deep Houston Texans' playoff run.

J.J. Watt is back for the Texans after seemingly being done for the season when he suffered a torn pectoral muscle in a victory over the Oakland Raiders back in October. Just over two months removed from the injury, Texans' head coach Bill O'Brien claims that Watt will be playing "quite a bit" against the Buffalo Bills this Saturday in the Wild Card round of the playoffs. O'Brien is simply confirming what we've been expecting for a couple of weeks now.

Watt is sure to provide a spark for a Texans' defense that has been somewhat struggling as of late.

The Texans rested most of their starters in Week 17's loss to the Titans, so Houston should be well-rested for their bruising matchup against Buffalo. Watt's return will undoubtedly help put pressure on Josh Allen and halt the Bills' rushing attack.

Since being drafted by Houston in 2011, Watt has been one of the best defensive players in the NFL and now he's ready to help his team go on a Super Bowl run after many thought he'd be done for the year.
