Bill Callahan's Debut Press Conference Proves He Might Be Even Worse Than Jay Gruden

The Redskins faithful have suffered long enough. Following a loss to the Patriots last weekend that saw their record fall to 0-5, Washington made the right call and fired head coach Jay Gruden.
But to make matters even worse, the team's savior moving forward is intended to be... veteran offensive line coach turned interim boss Bill Callahan? Well, if this quote from Wednesday's presser is any indication of what's to come Sunday against the Dolphins, we might as well just pencil them in at 0-6.
Just turned on Bill Callahan's press conference in time to hear him say his offense is more about rush attempts than yards-per-carry. He also said if you run the ball more times than your opponent you'll probably beat them. pic.twitter.com/qiAF0W8Kpc

I'll have what Mr. Callahan is smoking. Wait, no, I won't. What in the heck is this guy even thinking? He cares more about attempts than yards per carry? And this is the fella Washington's front office decided to roll with? Neat!
How he thinks this mindset will instill confidence among the fans is beyond me. If anything, it should only crystallize the fact that the Skins are pretty much ready to pack it in for 2019 already.
For the sake of Redskins fans, no one tell him that teams that kneel in the 4th quarter win nearly every time

Yes, no one tell Bill this. Sorry, Redskins fans. If you were expecting things to turn around soon, that simply won't be the case.
