VIDEO: Bill Belichick Sends Inspirational Message to Patriots Fans During COVID-19 Pandemic

Professional sports teams have done a great job getting players and coaches on camera sending out messages of support during the COVID-19 pandemic. The New England Patriots have had to deal with the reality of Tom Brady heading to Tampa Bay, but head coach Bill Belichick still took time out of his day to record a message directed toward fans and those fighting this virus on the front lines.
“Let’s keep stringing good days together and we will get through this.”

In case fans need a laugh in these tough times, Belichick starts out the video by introducing himself (ever the humble guy). Belichick became just the latest public figure to urge people to shelter in place, and not spread this deadly disease. It may take hearing it from the greatest coach of all time for some people to finally listen.
Bill Belichick, the six-time Super Bowl winning head coach, says thank you to "our heroic medical professionals who are selflessly and courageously doing their job to take care of others in need."

He also says to them, "You are truly champions and warriors." https://t.co/7cjvMXqKec
Seeing someone like Belichick take the time to record this message is a nice gesture from him and the Patriots organization. Life without sports is a bummer, but the coach is right when he ends the video urging fans to listen to medical professionals so we can all get through this.
