John Sterling has been synonymous with the New York Yankees for the last 30 seasons, and his signature home run calls have captivated audiences daily during that time.

His unreal streak of broadcasting every game for 30 years recently ended, but the worries haven't ceased after his return; now, the legendary broadcaster will miss another game to rehab and keep his health in order.

The 81-year-old broadcaster has finally put his health first, and everyone wishes him all the best as he continues to deal with some type of illness. Although expected back Wednesday, Sterling's absence on the radio will be felt by all those listening.

According to the New York Post, Chris Carrino, who calls the Brooklyn Nets games on the radio, will fill in for Sterling on Tuesday night. The Yankees are in the midst of their own battle with the Tampa Bay Rays, but Sterling is battling something much more important, and we all wish him the best while he rehabs to get better.
