Mississippi State quarterback Garrett Shrader and running back Kylin Hill combined for 245 rushing yards and three touchdowns in last week's 28-13 win over Kentucky. Auburn's defense is a far superior unit, so they may have less luck finding space to run in the trenches.

Despite only 100 passing yards from true freshman Bo Nix, the Tigers escaped last week with a 28-20 win against Texas A&M in College Station. Their pass defense was not great either, surrendering 335 yards to quarterback Kellen Mond. Auburn will need to see more from its offense, and will likely turn to RB JaTarvious Whitlow for the bulk of their carries. He scored last week while adding 67 rushing yards.

The Auburn Tigers are 11-point favorites on their home turf, but if their offense can't get things together the Bulldogs have a real shot in this one.
