Arsenal remains in the title hunt after thrashing Sheffield United

Arsenal was hoping to make a statement on Monday night and goodness did they ever. Taking on Sheffield United on the road, the Gunners had a great opportunity to stay near the top of the Premier League table.

With that said, did anyone expect this? By the end of the night, Arsenal was up 6-0, grabbing the three points in style. This one was over early in the first half, with Sheffield United fans making their way toward the exit early on. It was ALL Arsenal in this one.

Come this weekend, Liverpool and Manchester City will face off in what's sure to be a huge game. If things end in a tie, then Arsenal could end up climbing up the table. This Saturday and Sunday could prove to be massive for the race to finish at the top.
