The Antonio Brown case has officially made its way past allegations and one person's word against another. After this latest development, AB is headed to court.

Brown has been sued in a civil complaint that alleges battery, sexual assault and emotional destress. Britney Taylor, a former personal trainer of Brown, claims that the All-Pro wide receiver ejaculated on her back and exposed himself to her on two separate occasions.

Brown, who was picked up by the New England Patriots after securing his release from Oakland thanks to a series of incidents, was cut after just one game in New England after these allegations came to light.

Still, as is often the case, the league will put up with a lot if you can ball, and the Seattle Seahawks were considering bringing AB to Seattle to bolster their wide receiver corps, even with these pending charges. Instead, they opted for another New England castoff in Josh Gordon.

Brown is already facing an uphill battle when it comes to making a return to pro football, and a pending civil court case isn't going to make things any easier.
