Former All-Pro wide receiver Antonio Brown will not be going to prison after his January arrest, but he did have some noteworthy punishments slapped on him by the authorities in Hollywood, Florida.

Brown pled no contest to felony battery charges after he assaulted a moving truck driver in late January. He will not face jail time, but he will be on probation for two years. He will additionally have to perform 100 hours of community service, a 13-week anger management program, and a mandatory mental health evaluation.

Brown was arrested and charged with burglary and criminal mischief following a physical confrontation with the driver after a dispute over payment.

Despite seven Pro Bowls and four first-team All-Pro selections, Brown played in just one game in 2019, as the Steelers, Raiders, and Patriots all found his antics too much to deal with. Brown's best way to get back into the NFL is to use this sticky situation as a learning experience and change for the better as a person.

AB needed a cold, hard slap in the face to get him back on the right track. Hopefully, his brushes with the long arm of the law help reform him into someone that the NFL doesn't consider radioactive.
