Miami Judge Orders Antonio Brown to Appear for Deposition in Civil Lawsuit Over Trashed Condo
By Parker White

The Antonio Brown saga off the field seems like it will never end.
The now-former New England Patriots wide receiver has been ordered by a Miami judge to appear for a deposition on Tuesday, citing a civil lawsuit that alleges Brown trashed a multi-million-dollar condominium that he rented back in 2018.
According to Daniel Wallach of The Athletic, this deposition was scheduled for late-May, but he and his representation sought a protective order because of his "crazy schedule."
The deposition had previously been scheduled for May 22, 2019, but AB sought a protective order, which was was denied in late August. At that point, AB’s attorney, citing the player’s “crazy schedule”, sought to delay the deposition, leading to a contempt motion and the order.

Well, that order was denied in late-August and there's no reason he shouldn't be able to show up now, as he's not a member of any NFL team and doesn't have that same "crazy schedule" he once did.
Oh, and the deposition will be videotaped.

This lawsuit is unrelated to the sexual assault and rape allegations made by Britney Taylor, nor the most recent sexual misconduct allegation made by an artist who claimed that Brown sent her threatening text messages.
Well, from there, the Patriots released AB. Now, it's onto a new headache in South Florida.
