Do you know why cryotherapy is? Because apparently Antonio Brown doesn't.

Cryotherapy is a pain treatment that uses freezing temperatures to help with nerve issues, but Brown is reportedly being held out of practice because of it.

The Raiders wide receiver has been kept out of training camp after not wearing the appropriate footwear in a cryotherapy chamber when attempting to treat his feet. Unfortunately for the rest of the world, he shared what the bottom of his feet look like following the incident.

Who on the Raiders medical staff is signing off on this? Then again, are we really surprised? This is the Raiders we're talking about.

Brown is seeing a foot specialist and is listed as day-to-day. With over a month left until the team's season opener against the Broncos, the hope is that AB will be ready by then, but this setback isn't promising whatsoever.

This season will be Brown's first with a team other than the Pittsburgh Steelers, who traded him in March after Brown had voiced his displeasure with the organization. Nonetheless, he'll need his feet to be as effective as he's been since entering the NFL.

We've seen some horrid feet from athletes before (cough, Shaquille O'Neal), and now we can add Brown to the list. Scroll with caution on social media, everybody. And try to keep your lunch down as well.
