The Duke Blue Devils and Virginia Tech Hokies had a Friday night showdown in Blacksburg, and it was Duke who came away with the blowout win, 45-10.

Now, neither of these teams are loaded with talent and will likely not compete for an ACC title, but you have to play with integrity, right? According to some random college football fan, Duke head coach David Cutcliffe had the over in this game and was trying to make sure that happened.

Take a look at the fans bizarre letter to the NCAA. It's unreal:

Who is this person and how did it come to your attention? That should be the first question asked if you want to take this claim seriously.

The letter goes on to site two instances during the 4th quarter where Cutcliffe and the Blue Devils were aggressive by faking a punt and then going for it on 4th and 10 while up by 28 points.

This certainly doesn't seem to be the identity of Duke's football team over the years, but without any proof that Cutcliffe was purposefully trying to have a particular outcome based on the over/under, this notification was probably trashed immediately.

Get real, dude.
