Alex Bregman Shows Love to Beloved LSU Tigers Amid Dream Astros World Series Comeback

Houston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman is in the midst of one of the best World Series comebacks in MLB history, as he's led his team to three straight victories on the road and a 3-2 series lead, now holding the chance to clinch a title back home in Houston.

Oh, but he hasn't forgotten his college roots, either. The former LSU stud retweeted a video originally sent from the official account of the SEC Network of a couple of LSU fans dancing up a storm within various spots inside of Tiger Stadium, celebrating their No. 1 ranking.

Good times indeed!

LSU football beat No. 11 Auburn last week by a score of 23-20. As a result, the Tigers moved up to No. 1 in the AP Poll, which is definitely cause for celebration, something that Bregman's still conscious of even as he prepares to play one of the most important baseball games of his life.

LSU faces off against No. 2 Alabama on November 9, and maybe Bregman will have already celebrated a World Series title by then. The Astros play the Washington Nationals in Game 6 of the World Series this Tuesday night, and they could potentially capture their second title in three years.

It's looking like a fantastic time to be Alex Bregman right about now.
