There truly is never a dull moment with the New York Jets.

It would appear that head coach Adam Gase doesn't sympathize with the outcry of the Jets' winning-starved fan base.

Per Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News, Gase responded to his plethora of critics by uttering, "I'm rich as (expletive)." Really, this is how he interacts with fans?

In fact, Mehta's sources tell him that phrase is Gase's fallback whenever a pundit brings up the wave of critiques he has faced during his first year in the Big Apple. This outlandish go-to utterance is reportedly due to the fact that Gase is an extremely "insecure" individual.

To make things even more compelling, certain individuals in charge of "One Jets Drive" -- an in depth video compilation of all things Jets -- thoroughly believe that Gase or somebody close to him conducts a burner Twitter account to counter the aforementioned criticism.

And Connor Rogers of Bleacher Report endorses that theory.

Woah.

Here's a closer look at one of Rogers' direct messages that has the makings of a burner account.

Gase hasn't responded to the Daily News' requests for comment.

If nothing else, it proves that skeptics were right in questioning the Jets' offseason appointment of Gase as their HC after his woeful track record with Miami. What a circus things have become for the Jets.
