VIDEO: Actor in WWE Bit Mistaken for Crazy Fan and Tackled by Security on Monday Night Raw
By Michael Luciano

After an AJ Styles match in the latest edition of WWE's Monday Night Raw, an actor dressed as a pastor made his way to the ring in preparation for a bit that involved two wrestlers getting married. The actor in question almost saw his night unceremoniously ended, however, as event security mistook him for an idiot fan trying to get in the ring.
Wait ... why did the preacher guy roll into the ring after AJ Styles' match, before the Lana/Lashley segment was starting on #RAW?!?

Dude totally got chased by security, who seemingly thought he was an overzealous fan.

Yeah, this...wasn't supposed to go down this way.
The pastor from the wedding last week got in the ring and I guess no one told security because they tackled him and dragged him out of the ring. #RAW #RAWOKC pic.twitter.com/Bqle7oNpxW

Spectators and performers alike were left confused as the actor was thrown to the ground, before security eventually realized the error of their ways and released him.
Being performers, the wrestlers were able to play it off, but that doesn't make the whole mistaken identity case any less puzzling.

You have to give the security some credit for being really hyper-aware. If some idiot fan wanted to get in the ring, we know that wouldn't have happened. However, the fact that they slammed one of the actors to the ground is either gross incompetence on their part, or WWE's fault for not telling security who was and wasn't allowed in the ring.
