It's amazing how different you'll behave when you and your boss don't want to bite each other's head off.

Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, known as a bit of a passive-aggressive leader with a prickly demeanor, is looking much more youthful and exuberant now that Mile McCarthy got the axe and Matt LaFleur is running the show in Green Bay. The more playful side of Rodgers is on full display in Packers camp, as he's already resorted to pantsing offensive line coach Adam Stenavich.

It's nice to see Rodgers is in a good mood for the first time in what feels like forever, but I'm sure that some will still take issue with it.

LaFleur, who represents a more youthful, offensively creative option than the painfully old-school, grizzled war horse that was McCarthy, has brought out the best in Rodgers early on, which is a scary thought for the rest of the league.

He's even got No. 12 to throw some no-look passes. Did you ever see any of these under McCarthy? Didn't think so.

If Rodgers is happy, healthy and motivated, the rest of the league better look out.
