The Green Bay Packers earned a playoff bye following their comeback win over the Detroit Lions on Sunday. Plenty of credit can be given to quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who used halftime to adjust and awaken the Packers offense.

For his effort this season, Rodgers is being rewarded handsomely.

According to ESPN's Rob Demovsky, Rodgers will earn a bonus of $100,000 for playing in at least 72.5% of Green Bay's offensive snaps. He'll also pocket an additional $120,000 for making the playoffs and $100,000 for finishing in the top three for interception percentage.

The incentives don't end there for the former two-time NFL MVP. Rodgers will earn an additional $130,000 should the Packers advance to the NFC Championship Game, and $150,000 if the Pack make the Super Bowl.

While the financial aspect won't be what motivates Rodgers to give his all in January, it will certainly help.

Despite all of these financial boosts coming Rodgers' way, he did in fact miss out on a few more incentives.

The 36-year-old failed to finish top three in quarterback rating, completion percentage, touchdowns, and yards per attempt, all of which would have netted him further financial bonuses.

Despite the additional income, Rodgers has his sights set on a much more coveted prize: hoisting the Lombardi Trophy.
