Aaron Hicks Returns to Leadoff Spot in Yankees Lineup for First Game Back
By Parker White

The New York Yankees lineup is starting to resemble the one everyone envisioned at the start of Spring Training, as Aaron Hicks is back in the fold, starting in center field and leading off on Monday.

Following Hicks in the starting lineup are first baseman Luke Voit, catcher Gary Sanchez and Clint Frazier, who is batting cleanup and starting at DH.
Starting in the corner outfield spots will be veterans Brett Gardner and Cameron Maybin. Until Aaron Judge and Giancarlo Stanton come back, expect these two to still get some regular playing time, especially with Mike Tauchman being sent down.
Finally! Next man back is Aaron Hicks who has been dealing with lower back issues since spring training! Tauchman gets sent down. I think Andujar might need to be the next. But welcome back Aaron!

In five minor league rehab games, Hicks hit only .167 (3-for-18) with one home run. It's hard to take much stock from a minor league rehab assignment, but it's somewhat encouraging that all three hits came in the final outing. His production on both sides of the ball will be a welcomed site for New York.
