Aaron Boone reportedly returning to the Yankees next season

In what was a campaign filled with so much promise, the New York Yankees will be watching the World Series from home - again. From the moment the team was eliminated by the Houston Astros in the ALCS, people had been calling for Aaron Boone to be fired.
Well, it's not going to happen. That's right, Boone will be back next season and there's plenty of unhappy people right now in the Bronx.

NY was swept by Houston in the ALCS, which no one wanted to see. There's a ton of frustration surrounding Boone and Brian Cashman, but all signs are pointing to both returning come 2023.
