John Calipari and the Kentucky Wildcats are already looking at the 2020 recruiting class, and they've landed a big fish.

5-star shooting guard Brandon "BJ" Boston, who is the 10th-ranked player according to 247Sports, has verbally committed to Kentucky.

Browns is one of only a few 5-star recruits from the 2020 recruiting class to commit. The 6-6 shooting guard is transferring to Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon for his senior season.

Boston wasn't expected to commit this early to any program, but after his visit, he was blown away and made his decision rather quickly.

"How hard they work, their players and how connected the players are with coaches," Boston explained, when discussing the reasoning behind the swift and sudden move.

Kentucky was picked over several impressive finalists, including the Duke Blue Devils, Florida Gators and Auburn Tigers. Now, the perennial SEC power is simply reloading once again, as they always seem to.
