The San Francisco 49ers will be looking to bolster their chances at winning the NFC West against a Los Angeles Rams team looking to sneak its way somehow into the playoffs this week.

The game will kick off from Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, at 8:15 p.m. ET, and can be viewed on NFL Network or via the NFL reddit streams community.

The 49ers are guaranteed a playoff spot, as they currently have a 11-3 record, but their seeding is now in question due to a couple of losses and with the Seattle Seahawks continuing to win. San Fran will look to do whatever it takes to regain control of the NFC West after suffering a brutal, last-second loss against the Falcons last week.

Meanwhile, the Rams suffered a huge 44-21 loss last week to the Dallas Cowboys, all but officially ending any postseason hopes for the franchise (they'll now need to win out and get some help). However, even with a minuscule amount of hope for making the playoffs, the Rams will be glad to at least play spoiler for their division rivals.
