4-Star 2020 WR Xzavier Henderson Commits to Florida Over Clemson, Georgia and Alabama
By Michael Luciano

Following an Orange Bowl victory over Virginia, Florida has been dominating the local recruiting scene, and 4-star wide receiver Xzavier Henderson is the latest feather Dan Mullen can stick in his cap.
The All-American wide receiver announced his commitment to Florida on Saturday. Clemson had gone after Henderson hard, with Alabama and Georgia also heavily involved with him.

Henderson could stand to add some weight, as he's 6-4 but weighs just 180 pounds. Still, he has all the traits of a game-breaking deep threat.
Henderson's speed off the line of scrimmage, ability to win in contested catch situations, and ability to track the ball down the field should play well in Mullen's offense.
BOOM!#Gators land Xzavier Henderson, who commits to UF over Alabama, Clemson and Georgia.

He is the second top-100 WR to join Florida in the last three years and just the third since 2014.

Gone are the days of Will Muschamp and Jim McElwain barely scraping by in recruiting. Mullen has been knocking it out of the park of late, and being able to woo Miami kids like Henderson away from the Canes and Florida State show the position that Florida is in right now.
