Saturday's Peach Bowl matchup between LSU and Oklahoma features plenty of top 2020 NFL Draft prospects on both sides of the ball. The quarterbacks of both teams stand out as two of the most notable prospects in college football, yet they aren't the lone draft prospects to watch Saturday.

There are both first-round locks and late-round picks taking the field in Atlanta. Here are three who stand out as interesting players to watch as draft stocks rise and fall this time of year.

1. Jalen Hurts

Jalen Hurts left Alabama and meshed seamlessly into Lincoln Riley's system at Oklahoma. He was a Heisman finalist after throwing for 3,634 yards and rushing for 1,255 in 2019. He has thrived in Riley's offense and is the latest star quarterback at Oklahoma after both Baker Mayfield and Kyler Murray went back-to-back at No. 1 overall. His projected draft slot varies widely and a great game against LSU could see his stock rise.

2. Grant Delpit

The 2019 Jim Thorpe Award winner is right up there with Burrow on mock draft boards. Delpit is a 6-3, 200-pound safety, who hasn't had a dominant season statistically, but remains at the top of draft boards due to the combination of his size, strength, and speed. He is only 21 years old and has the makings of a stud in the pros. Across his college career, Delpit has eight picks, 23 pass defenses, and 190 tackles.

3. Joe Burrow

Joe Burrow not going No. 1 overall to Cincinnati would be a shocker regardless of what he does Saturday. The 2019 Heisman Trophy winner has led his team to an undefeated record and an SEC title with 48 touchdowns and 4,715 yards in only 13 games. He has shown off a big, accurate arm and mobility in the pocket. The spotlight has been on Burrow all season, and he's going to continue to put his best foot forward against an Oklahoma defense that has surrendered 24.5 points per game.
