The Dallas Cowboys are dealing with the repercussions of a late-term rookie deal right now, with Dak Prescott's messy contract negotiation front and center. However, Dak isn't the only underpaid Cowboy, and we'll see if these athletes turn into problems for the squad down the road.

3. OT La'el Collins

La'el Collins is one of the top 10 highest-paid players on the Cowboys roster, but the star OT is still being underpaid. He's one of the best in the league at his position right now, and the Cowboys gave him a five-year extension last year before he had his big breakthrough. If he were up for an extension this year, he'd have plenty of ground to ask for more.

2. DT Tyron Smith

When Smith signed his eight-year deal in 2014, it seemed pretty lucrative, but in 2020, he is definitely not getting what he's worth. Smith is one of the best tackles in the league, and by tying him to such a lengthy contract, the Cowboys are keeping him on a 2014 salary even though the salary cap has increased by more than $50 million since then.

1. WR Michael Gallup

Gallup and fellow WR Amari Cooper have been an unstoppable receiving duo for the Cowboys, but Cooper is the only one getting paid. He just signed a huge new extension with the Cowboys, while Gallup is stuck on a rookie deal for two more years with an average annual salary of just $984,995. If he puts up another year of 1,000+ yards, he'll be in for a big raise as soon as his deal expires.
