Redskins May Have Just Ended Twitter Forever With a Truly Mystifying Anti-Tweet and We Have Questions

The Washington Redskins literally posted a blank tweet on Wednesday.

Does anybody know what's going on with the individual running the Washington Redskins' official Twitter account?

When we say that the franchise posted a blank tweet on Wednesday, we mean it literally. No words, punctuations, symbols or emoji -- just the time and date the post was sent out.

Did we miss something? Is there a new hip trend we aren't aware of? If not, the Redskins might have forever changed the Twitter game. Of course, when you're a team that has enjoyed as little success that Washington has over the last 20 years, you will be subject to criticism from followers after a post like this. For anybody counting, the organization has four playoff appearances since 2000.

That is definitely a reach, but that's what happens when literally you shoot blanks on Twitter.

Poking fun at owner Dan Snyder is often the go-to when ripping the Redskins, and it's fair to say that it will never get old. However, not all tweeters featured in the replies were fixated on slamming Washington.

The Wizards have entered the chat.

Seriously, what the heck is going on here? Perhaps the strangest detail is this one:

Twitter thinks that this wordless tweet from the Washington Redskins was written in Korean.

This is not what Korean is, Twitter? ...Or is it??

We're gonna wave the white flag now. The Redskins have officially broken Twitter, as well as our brains.
