Right now, the future of Jimmy Garoppolo with the San Francisco 49ers really feels clear as mud. With the NFL Draft coming on Thursday, the team, per reports, is all set to take either Mac Jones or Trey Lance with the No. 3 overall pick to be the QB of the future.

Garoppolo may be the starter for now, but that doesn't feel like it's going to last long, especially after Kyle Shanahan's latest comments.

That's one way of saying you're not sure if Jimmy G will stay with the team through the week. What was Shanahan thinking in saying this? A simple, 'we're focused on the NFL Draft right now and nothing else' would have sufficed.

Instead, he took things to a new level and he's gone viral on Twitter for it. Come Sunday, we'll see if Garoppolo is still on the roster. Again, that certainly feels up in the air right now.
