Good news for both Michigan and Ohio State fans. Your 2021 pledges are already fully assimilated and have started taking pot shots at each other on social media. Bad news for Michigan fans, however. Your guy just got owned.
2021 offensive tackle Giovanni El-Hadi claims that no one is going to get to 5-star quarterback JJ McCarthy, who committed to Michigan yesterday. Ohio State commit Jack Sawyer, a defensive end and the No. 3 overall player in this class, put El-Hadi to the sword, claiming that "we'll see" when they get on the field.
While El-Hadi is a solid athlete who should eventually start at Michigan, and McCarthy looks like a reincarnation of Shea Patterson, Sawyer is a different beast. At 260 pounds with 4.6 speed at this age, El-Hadi will have his hands full.

Even though El-Hadi, Sawyer, and McCarthy will need to wait at least two more years before they can put a uniform on and play in college football's greatest rivalry, the passion and vitriol is already there.
