Another round in the NHL playoffs, another Game 7 at the Shark Tank. The San Jose Sharks welcome the Colorado Avalanche into town as they battle it out for the right to face the St. Louis Blues in the Western Conference Final.
How to Live Stream Game 7
Game 7 between the Sharks and Avalanche is scheduled for a 9 p.m. ET puck drop and will be televised on NBCSN. The game can also be viewed on the NHL Streams subreddit about an hour before puck drop.
The Avalanche know that they were not expected to be here, and yet here they sit, one win away from the Conference Finals. Gabriel Landeskog scored his third goal of the postseason in overtime to give Colorado the chance to fight another day, and that is what they plan to do in San Jose.
Nathan MacKinnon was held without a point in Game 6, and if the Avalanche want to complete the upset, he will have to reemerge and find the back of the net Wednesday.
The San Jose Sharks are looking to repeat their success from their first Game 7, albeit not so dramatically. The Sharks know that they have an opportunity to inch closer to that elusive Cup and give veteran Joe Thornton the chance to win the ultimate prize one last time.
Erik Karlsson and Logan Couture will look to continue their history of Playoff success tonight and out-duel a young and hungry Avalanche team.
