Just three picks into Round 4 of the 2019 NFL Draft, the New Orleans Saints might have just grabbed arguably the biggest steal this year in Florida safety Chauncey Gardner-Johnson.

Gardner-Johnson is listed as a safety, but has experience as a slot corner, outside corner, and in the box linebacker. Everywhere he lined up, the Swiss Army knife defender had success. With tremendous long speed and range in zone coverage, CGJ will fit Dennis Allen's defense like a glove.

Gardner-Johnson's hitting power and downhill speed are vastly improved as compared to his early season tape, showing that he has barely scratched his ceiling. He'll contribute right away in the Big Easy.

I don't know how Sean Payton and the Saints keep stealing players like this. They just grabbed a first-round talent with tremendous versatility in the fourth round. An A+ pick for New Orleans. Don't be surprised if Gardner-Johnson sneaks his way into a starting role early on in this season.
