Kendrick Perkins made his money in the NBA as a physical force inside that would do the dirty work on defense and bang around the interior of the paint for rebounds. His offensive game beyond put-backs and tip-ins left much to be desired. Poking fun at his ineptitude on the offensive end, Perkins finally explained the backstory behind that infamous video of him traveling nine times in one possession without being called.

At least he's got a sense of humor about it. What referee is going to call traveling in the last minute of a 21-point game?

In case you're unfamiliar with the hilarious video, have a look here:

While the nine steps didn't really make a big impact on the play, as Perkins was practically shuffling across the paint before passing the ball up, it was still ridiculous that he was able to make all those steps without a whistle.

Perkins, who is close friends with Kevin Durant, stirred the free agency pot even more when he claimed that he knows where Durant will play in 2019. Sorry Warriors fans, but it isn't Golden State.

Long known as a tough guy, it's refreshing to see the lighter side of Perkins.
