Colgate finished the regular season with a 24-10 record, going 13-5 in Patriot League play. They punched their ticket to the big dance with a No. 15 seed in the South region of the bracket. This will be Colgate's first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1996.

The Raiders won the Patriot League Conference Championship against Bucknell. Jordan Burns went off for 35 points, 6 assists, 2 rebounds, and 3 steals in the Final. On the year, junior forward Rapolas Ivanauskas has averaged 16.4 points and 7.9 rebounds per game while Burns has contributed 15.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 5.8 assists per game.

Tennessee wants to bounce back after losing in the SEC Championship to the Auburn, 84-64. The Volunteers' impressive body of work this season saw them post a 29-5 overall record and a 15-3 SEC record.

Offensively, Tennessee has been led by Naismith Trophy finalist Grant Williams who averages 19.2 points, 7.5 rebounds, 3.1 assists, and 1.2 steals per game. Admiral Schofield has also been a key contributor, averaging 16.2 points and 6.1 rebounds.

The Volunteers enter the matchup as a 17.5-point favorites and are looking to make a deep run in the tournament. They were bounced in the second round of the dance last season, so they're out for revenge.
