Early this morning, free agent running back Le'Veon Bell will sign a four-year deal with the New York Jets, which includes $35 million in guaranteed money.

Bell appears to be thrilled that he'll be wearing the green and white, but some of his old tweets would say differently. That would include a tweet he sent out back in February of last year.

Based off how he felt last year, Bell wouldn't take $60 million in cash to suit up for the Jets. Well, he's taking a lot less now to be their primary skill position player.

Time heals all wounds, we guess. How can we believe anything this guy tweets?

That's the face of a man who negotiated his own value down.

If his tweet doesn't matter to you, check him out saying it on video:

He's not getting $60 million or $100 million. Let's hope he'll be good with being a member of the Jets at a bargain price, in his mind.
