According to ESPN insider Adam Schefter, the team is signing All-Pro safety Earl Thomas to a four-year contract worth up to $55 million.
Former Seahawks’ S Earl Thomas intends to sign a four-year, $55 million deal that includes $32 million fully guaranteed at signing with the Baltimore Ravens, league source tells ESPN. Deal includes $22 million in first nine months.— Adam Schefter (@AdamSchefter) March 13, 2019
Thomas, who spent the first nine seasons of his career with the Seahawks, had insisted on either a rich contract extension or a way out of Seattle. He's now got his wish, and joins a Baltimore team coming off a division title.
Per insider Ian Rapoport, the contract averages $14.33 million in value over the first three years.

In a division that features OBJ, JuJu, A.J. Green and more, defensive backs will be tested.
Thomas, 30, is a six-time Pro Bowler and five-time All-Pro who was part of the Seattle team that won Super Bowl XLVIII. He missed all but four games last season due to a broken leg, but the Ravens were clearly not dissuaded by any health issues. They're plowing full steam ahead in the AFC North arms race.
