The Michigan Wolverines will try to rebound following their disappointing home loss to No. 6 (No. 10 at the time) Michigan State on Sunday, resulting in their drop from No. 7 to No 9 in the AP Poll. Michigan will take on Nebraska in a Big Ten showdown on Thursday evening in a game they should dominate.

The matchup will be broadcast nationally on ESPN at 7:00 p.m. ET with streaming available via WatchESPN and the ESPN app. Further streams can be found via Reddit on the NCAA Basketball Streams subreddit vis this direct link.

On paper, the Cornhuskers shouldn't be expected to pose much of a threat to the Wolverines, who are one game back in the Big Ten conference standings behind Purdue and Michigan State.

Nebraska went 0-2 last week, falling to Penn State and Purdue. The Huskers' best chance at challenging Michigan will be getting outstanding offensive play from their only scoring threat, James Palmer. Though he is averaging over 18 points per game, his shooting efficiency from the field has been underwhelming at only 36.3 percent.

It's senior night in Ann Arbor, so I wouldn't expect a letdown performance from John Beilein's group, especially not from senior forward Charles Matthews. Plus, Michigan will be desperate to fight their way back to the top of the Big Ten standings with only three games left in the regular season.
