Dating an athlete is something many people dream of achieving, but not all of those relationships work out well for both parties.

That would certainly be the case for someone entertaining the idea of entering a relationship with Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Trevor Bauer

Bauer recently revealed how he goes about dating women and it's safe to say that he is a candidate to be the world's worst boyfriend.

Bauer explained to the New York Post his three rules of dating and to put it bluntly, they're terrible...

"“I have three rules,” said Bauer. “One: no feelings. As soon as I sense you’re developing feelings, I’m going to cut it off, because I’m not interested in a relationship and I’m emotionally unavailable. Two: no social media posts about me while we’re together, because private life stays private. Three: I sleep with other people. I’m going to continue to sleep with other people. If you’re not O.K. with that, we won’t sleep together, and that’s perfectly fine. We can just be perfectly polite platonic friends.”

Well, if any female read through that quote and is still interested in entering a "polite platonic" friendship with Bauer, then by all means go for it.

For the rest of us however, it's clear that Bauer would not make an ideal partner in a relationship, especially considering the starting pitcher admitted he would ghost someone as soon as he detected feelings on their end.
