Ajax will be hosting Real Madrid in the Round of 16 of the UEFA Champions League. The first leg will kick off at 3:00 p.m. ET and is set to be played at the Johan Cruyff ArenA in North Holland.
Ajax finished the group stages in second place in Group E, going unbeaten en route to 12 points. Real Madrid bested Group G despite suffering two losses, also finishing the round with 12 points.

Real Madrid may be without star defender Raphael Varane for the tilt as he is battling the flu and missed yesterday's training session. Isco will also be sidelined for the game while nursing a back injury.
Ajax will be missing Hassane Bande, and Lisandro Magallan is currently considered doubtful to play in the first leg, though will hopefully be fit for the second fixture in Madrid.
Real Madrid are unbeaten in their last seven games, winning six matchups and drawing with Barcelona in a Copa Del Rey matchup. Ajax, on the other hand, have been in shaky form, losing two of their past four games, including a 6-2 defeat to Feyenoord. Madrid and Ajax have not played one another since 2012.
Real Madrid have vastly more experience in the Champions League and the young Ajax side will be in for a formidable challenge.
