The man has one foot out the door.
On early Tuesday afternoon, Antonio Brown tweeted out a tribute video for his days with the Pittsburgh Steelers, as he has just formally requested to be traded from the team.
New Orleans Saints star WR Michael Thomas wasted no time when it came to giving his take on the situation. He even took a clear shot at the Steelers saying that they will be, "funny looking next year" with two crying laughing emojis.
If @AB84 really leaving man Pittsburgh about to be funny looking next year The truth always come to the light pay attention. He opened up everything for the passing game and still got his.— Michael Thomas (@Cantguardmike) February 12, 2019
Thomas' outspoken support of AB just goes to show you how close wide receivers in the league are right now.
It's a close-knit group, and clearly Thomas has Brown's back in this case.
Moving forward, fans will now have to wait to see where Brown will end up playing next fall. He's expressed a lot of love for the 49ers in recent weeks. Maybe a move to the NFC will get him to be much less of a diva.
