Lakers point guard Lonzo Ball took to his Instagram story to post a hilarious (and slightly petty) celebration video once the NBA's trade deadline had come-and-gone, and he and the Lakers young core were spared until at least this summer.
Given all the noise surrounding the young Lakers in trade talks, it wouldn't be surprising if this wasn't the only reactionary post we see.
Ball has been sidelined for a few weeks now after suffering a Grade 3 ankle sprain in a loss to the Houston Rockets on Jan. 20. Zo was expected to miss 4-6 weeks with the nasty-looking ankle injury so he still has at least a couple weeks of recovery ahead of him before returning to the floor.

Los Angeles currently sits at 10th in the West (27-27) following a horrible 42-point loss to the Indiana Pacers. At least part of that loss can be attributed to many of the Lakers players not knowing whether or not they were headed to New Orleans in exchange for Anthony Davis.
Now, we'll see if they can get back on track.
