Deion Sanders has always had a thirst for the spotlight, and now his most daring attempt in sports is the focus of a new documentary.

ESPN's upcoming "30 for 30" documentary centers around Sanders' attempt to play for both the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Braves on the same day in 1992. Sanders played for Falcons in Miami in the afternoon before flying to Pittsburgh for Game 5 of the NLCS between the Braves and Pirates.

The attempt was highly publicized at the time, but is hardly discussed today. The timing of this documentary is interesting when you consider that Heisman Trophy winner Kyler Murray is entering the 2019 NFL Draft despite being a first-round pick of the Oakland Athletics in the 2018 MLB Draft.

Also, former Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow is still in pursuit of a career in baseball as a member of the New York Mets organization.

The chances of one person succeeding simultaneously in the NFL and MLB is slim at best, but Deion's legendary attempt to play two professional sports in the SAME DAY will definitely be quality television when we see the ins and out of the whole scenario in this documentary.
