If accurate, it's no surprise these teams would be gunning for Keuchel, since all three of them made the playoffs last year but failed to reach the World Series. Each team could use a strong arm in their rotation to better their shot at capturing a pennant in 2019.
The most likely scenario of these three would be Atlanta, since they are lacking the necessary arms to fill out their championship-level rotation with experience
