Dallas Mavericks star rookie Luka Doncic has now literally paid for his actions.
After getting ejected for picking up his second technical foul during Monday's 116-106 loss to the Milwaukee Bucks, it was announced that Doncic was fined $10,000 for kicking the ball into the crowd. This action was what resulted in his ejection.

Doncic certainly has a lot of talent to be a star in the NBA for years to come, but he will need to avoid letting his emotions get the better of him.
While he said kicking the ball into the stands isn't a foul in Europe, it's still a very childish and immature move. Hopefully he learns from this experience.

Despite getting ejected and fined, Doncic doesn't face suspension. It hasn't been announced that he'll appeal the fine, so this may be the end of the incident.
Doncic is one of the premiere talents in all of basketball, and he'll more than likely receive an invite to the All-Star game. While this is a brief learning moment for Doncic, he's teaching NBA owners and fans to trust the eye test a little more in the pre-draft process.
