Senior wide receiver Juwan Johnson may be on his way out of State College, as he has reportedly entered his name into the NCAA transfer portal. This would allow him to speak to schools across the nation, who may lure Johnson away from Penn State.

Johnson is a physical presence. Standing at 6-4, 225 pounds, he has all the makings of being a quality wideout.

With one more season of eligibility left, however, it looks like Johnson may want to move on, as he looks to take on a larger role elsewhere.

Johnson had a breakout year during his redshirt sophomore season, posting more than 700 yards.

However, his 2018 season was riddled with injuries, keeping Johnson on the sidelines for a portion of the year, and pretty tame on the stat sheets.

Johnson has talent, and if he were to leave, Penn State would be severely lacking experience at the WR position. The Nittany Lions would likely turn to a duo of KJ Hamler and Jahan Dotson.

Though Penn State would have all the skill they need, these WRs definitely lack a lot of in-game action, which can always be daunting.

In the meantime, all eyes will be on Juwan as he makes his decision whether or not to say goodbye to Happy Valley.
