Antonio Brown's future in Pittsburgh remains murky, and the only thing that's clear as of now is that the superstar wide receiver will not be cut by the team. There is still a possibility that he is traded or that the team keeps him on board for next season.
Brown's latest social media activity will keep fans guessing even more so as the 30-year-old wide receiver posted a picture of him and Art Rooney II, the Steelers owner who recently made some critical comments about Brown.
Brown's photo was captioned, "Good Business #Boomin." This photo will just fuel the fire that is the rumor mill surrounding Brown's future.
The star wideout missed the final game of the season with an alleged injury. During practice that week Brown allegedly got into a dispute with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. Ever since those reports initially surfaced, there has been a lack of clarity over his future with the team.
BREAKING: Steelers president Art Rooney II said he s not going to release Antonio Brown, but “all other options are on the table.” He would not say Steelers are going to trade their All-Pro receiver, but left no doubt that is a strong possibility. Rooney told the media that he would not cut Brown from the team, but that "all other options" were still available and on the table. The Steelers would take a massive cap hit if they trade Brown this offseason but it may be worth it if they think the problems between AB and teammates will escalate.
