Aaron Judge is doing his best to get ready for the 2019 MLB season. He's hitting the gym and rocking his offseason workout, which should get New York Yankees fans excited for another dominant campaign from the young slugger.
This clip just further proves that the 6-7, 282-pound superstar is a freak of nature.
Judge's 2018 season was shortened due to a wrist injury that he suffered in late July after getting hit by a pitch. His absence was felt as the Yankees offense struggled during his stint on the disabled list. Judge eventually returned to the field in September and finished the year with 27 home runs and 67 RBIs in 112 games.

36 HR | 99 RBI | .278 AVG | .392 OBP
The home runs are probably accurate. I think the Yankees top dog will have an AVG & OBP in the sky. Judge is as apt to take a walk as the best eyes in MLB. pic.twitter.com/1HenbmVknb
Hopefully for the Bronx Bombers, Judge will stay healthy for all of 2019. The last time he played a full season, he hit 52 home runs and helped the Yankees reach the ALCS. Fans are hoping for a deep playoff run next year after their early exit against the Red Sox, and Judge at full strength will undoubtedly help that goal.
