It looks like the struggling Lakers will be without their King for at least one more week.
According to Yahoo Senior NBA Insider Chris Haynes, LeBron James will have his strained groin re-evaluated in one week and will not travel with the team on their upcoming road trip.

Los Angeles has fallen to 1-3 without James in the lineup following a 107-100 loss to the Thunder Wednesday.
Lakers say LeBron James (groin strain) will miss another week before he is reevaluated.— Ben Golliver (@BenGolliver) January 4, 2019
- James has missed 4 games so far and Lakers play 4 times in next 7 days.

James participated little in practice on Tuesday, but was able to get some shots up for the first time since his early exit on Christmas Day in Golden State.
James will miss Friday's home game against the Knicks, Sunday at the Timberwolves, and Monday at the Dallas Mavericks. The one-week timeframe means James will likely miss next Wednesday against the Pistons as well.
Already down James, the Lakers are also without forward Kyle Kuzma, who suffered a lower back contusion in the loss to Oklahoma City.
Los Angeles could find themselves free falling down the Western Conference standings if James can't return soon. Perhaps this is the perfect setup for a midseason MVP campaign for the ageless superstar...
