Everyone is speculating about who the Packers will hire as their next head coach, and some people have brought up Brett Favre's name. The former Packers quarterback doesn't think he's suited for the vacant position, but he did offer up a few suggestions for the role. One surprising name he brought up was Eagles head coach Doug Pederson.

Favre believes Pederson, if poachable, would be a great fit in Green Bay. The Eagles coach would not be easy to lure to the Packers, but Favre cited his youth and creativity as two reasons he believes Pederson would mesh well in Green Bay.

Favre made very clear in the interview that he felt it was important to keep the ball in Aaron Rodgers' hands, enabling the star quarterback to maintain control of the offense.

Perhaps the Packers front office will listen to Favre here and see what it would take to lure Pederson out of Philadelphia.
