It looks like a full house cleaning might be taking place in Green Bay this offseason, and much of the coaching staff will potentially be put on the chopping block.
One of those coaches seems to be defensive coordinator Mike Pettine.

Yeah...if Packers President Mark Murphy declines to talk about the value you add to the team, then it's definitely time to be worried.
However, we can't blame Murphy here, as the Packers have struggled plenty on both sides of the ball. Despite their struggles, however, the Green Bay defense has actually been the most consistent part of the team this season.
While they've been poor in the first half of most of their games, the Packers defense has been really solid coming out of halftime with some adjustments. Is that a testament to Pettine's abilities as defensive coordinator?
Whether or not Pettine will remain with the team next year remains to be seen, but expect plenty of changes coming to the staff for next season.
