It's the most exciting time of the year! No, not the Holiday Season. NCAA Football stars are beginning to declare for the NFL Draft!!

One of the most exciting prospects has just made it clear that he does not intend to return to Ole Miss next fall.

D.K. Metcalf was a bonafide star that garnered the attention of multiple NFL executives, but in October his season was cut short due to a neck injury. The redshirt sophomore has already dealt with another season ending injury in his true freshman season.

Metcalf's broken foot ended his true freshman season after just two games. However, he shined in his redshirt year in 2017, catching 39 passes averaging 16 yards per reception with seven TDs.

In his limited time in 2018 he also impressed, hauling in flashy and difficult catches like this one:

Metcalf ended up finishing with five TDs in seven games, with 26 catches and an average of 21 yards per catch. Metcalf's undeniable skills make this draft an extremely exciting one for receiver-needy teams that posses first round picks.
