The Wizards have gotten off to a rocky start to the 2018-19 campaign, going 5-11 through their first 16 games and occupying the 11th seed in the Eastern conference. They lost two straight home games over the weekend, falling to the Nets on Friday and the Blazers on Sunday.
According to Adrian Wojnarowski, the Wizards are considering blowing up the roster in order to enter a rebuild. The team would be willing to listen to offers on everyone, which includes All-
Star's John Wall and Bradley Beal.

It's surprising that the Wizards are struggling this much, considering the team has made the playoffs in four of the past five seasons, and are playing in the Eastern Conference without LeBron James.
I'll be stunned if Scott Brooks is still coaching the Wizards by Christmas at this rate. That team is such an incredible mess. Far from all his fault, but no one is firing the GM, so Brooks probably takes the fall.— Keith Smith (@KeithSmithNBA) November 19, 2018
If the team decide to keep their core intact, then perhaps it's Scott Brooks that needs to be removed. Brooks is in his third season as coach of the Wizards, having stepped join the team in 2016. He's posted a record of 97-83 and made the playoffs in both of his two full seasons.
While a full rebuild may not be the ideal move for the Wizards, Brooks needs to make changes to the roster. The team has not performed well as a unit and things are only going to get worse if their stars can't turn things around.
